Join the riders of the Rabobank cycling team in Almeria, Spain. The whole team takes part in the 100 km long endurance training, under Coach Louis Delahaije’s supervision, which is alternated with 4 individually ridden mountain intervals. You will ride amongst world class pros like Robert Gesink, Oscar Freire and Denis Menchov. Experience the riding style of cycling greats first hand and improve your own technique. The training ends with a few short sprints from a virtual standstill. This film uses a helmet mounted camera; this gives you surprising footage of the cyclists.
